Fostering has brought my husband and myself such joy and love from all the dogs we have been blessed to care for! I lost my soul mate dog Hennessey who died of cancer (a rescued puppy mill mama dog) who we adopted from ARK and we now foster/adopt in her precious memory! Volunteering helps deal with the pain of her loss and keeps her memory alive.

My husband and I rescued Chili Pepper a few months ago and wanted to share just how much we love her! She is a great addition to our little family and enjoys cuddling and being the center of attention as much as possible. Thank you for helping to bring her into our lives!

i adopted a puppy from ARK 6 months ago, and it was the best thing i ever did. I will be a rescue mommy from now on, and hoping to become a foster parent! thank you for all you do!

I was at petsmart for bunny supplies when i spotted the little dog shivering in the december wind. I whispered to her, put a small donation in the jar and went on my way. The big eyes followed me, and I could not get the dog out of my mind. I went back and adopted the little dog who wobbled, or should i say she adopted me. Actually she saved me from lonliness and filled my life with companionship and joy. Sadly she had health issues, and recently I lost her. While I am not ready for a pet, she was not a pet but my best friend, I am so grateful to ARK for rescuing my precious angel from the shelter and allowing me the chance to love her...god bless you for the work you do....

We adopted a puppy from ARK about 5 months ago and he has been the greatest addition to our family. He has filled our hearts with joy after we lost one our other dogs. Thanks ARK. They are great people to adopt a dog from.

We Adopted Rufus back in January...he has been the absolute best dog and a blessing, we really couldnt have asked for a better dog! ...we love him and glad we could give him a loving home...thank you!
