ABOUT US

The Animal Rescue Kompany (A.R.K.) is a 501-c3 non-profit organization dedicated to the welfare of our animal friends. Our staff is comprised of a volunteer base with a passion for the care and love of our rescues. We are located in the Murrieta and Temecula Valley and span out across the Inland Empire.

Our Goals

A.R.K.'s goals are to decrease the amount of euthanizations that are a result of over-crowding that occurs in our local animal shelters. Many of these shelters receive a large volume of strays and lost pets than they are capable of re-housing. Most of the animals that we acquire are usually at risk of euthinization or on their last days before administration. We then take these animals and give them another chance at life.

To avoid the over-crowding issues and unneeded deaths in our shelters, we support the spay and neutering of all animals. All of our rescues have been spayed or neutered prior to adoption and have have been brought current with their vaccinations, as well as rabies shots (if old enough).   

What we do with our rescues.

Our rescues are placed either in boarding facilities, where they are housed and cared for or placed with volunteer fosters who take care of our rescues until they are adopted. Each week end we hold adoptions events from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm outside the local Petsmart's and Petco's of Murrieta and Temecula.
